**Terms and Conditions for Babs Beauty & Aesthetics Ltd:**
1. **Booking and Cancellation:**
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation fee at any time is 50% of the booking fee.
- Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in the loss of the booking fee.
2. **Late Arrivals:**
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients.
- Any longer than 15 mins and the treatment may need to be rescheduled and another booking fee will need to be paid
3. **No Shows:**
- A no-show is defined as a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- No-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee and may affect future booking privileges.
4. **Rescheduling:**
- Appointments can be rescheduled ONCE based on availability. If wanting to reschedule more than once the client will be charged a booking fee again.
5. **Client Conduct:**
- We strive to provide a relaxing and professional environment for all clients.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
6. **Health and Safety:**
- Clients must inform the salon of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect their treatment.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a risk to the client's health.
7. **Payment:**
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfer
9. **Feedback:**
- We appreciate your feedback to improve our services.
- Any concerns or issues should be communicated to the salon management for resolution.
10. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:**
- The salon reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes.
